Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland in Warsaw seeks a risk reporting professional to join the DART, Legal Entity Stress Testing Reporting & Analytics team. You will own end-to-end regulatory and management reporting cycles and deliver data-driven insights across risk areas.

You will manipulate data with Python, create dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards. Hybrid work up to 2 days remote; competitive base salary and extensive benefits.

Job description

As a successful Candidate you will be a part of DART, Legal Entity Stress Testing Reporting & Analytics team. We merge risk SME knowledge and experience together with technical literacy to build reporting and Business Intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for Management & Regulatory Reporting and Stress Testing, analytics of various types of risks and data. You will participate in ICAAPs across EMEA, APAC, LATAM. The role offers a huge development opportunity and exposition to local and global initiatives.

What you will do:

• Own and execute the end-to-end regulatory and management reporting cycles, ensuring outputs are delivered accurately and on time.
• Manage and support the reporting governance framework, including the design of the internal control environment and active participation in Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) processes.
• Ensure all reporting activities are in strict compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver insightful, data-driven analytics of the Risk portfolio, utilizing interactive Tableau dashboards to communicate findings.
• Participate in Stress Tests and ICAAPs across the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
• Support technology initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting and stress testing capabilities for various risk stripes (e.g., wholesale credit, market risk).
• Document processes and write business requirements or technical specifications for the continuous improvement of reporting solutions.

What we will need from you:

• Proven background in risk, finance, regulatory reporting, or stress testing within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of reporting governance, control frameworks, and processes such as Manager's Control Assessment (MCA)
• Ability to understand and process large sets of data.
• Hand on experience in leveraging AI.
• Project or Process Management experience would be a plus.
• Solid understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting risk reporting.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, process automation, and analysis would be an asset.
• Experience using data processing and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create clear and impactful reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a meticulous, detail-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Full time salary range: zł165,020.00 - zł280,980.00.
