Job summary

TNS in Poland is seeking a Senior Real-Time Linux Developer to help build high-performance network monitoring products for ultra-low-latency financial data networks. You will collaborate with hardware engineers and front-end developers to interface Linux with custom FPGA-based SmartNICs for fast data capture and telemetry.

Qualifications

5+ years in low-level Linux development for real-time/embedded systems.
Strong knowledge of PHY/MAC, Ethernet, VLANs, UDP/TCP, IGMP, and PTP.
Experience interfacing Linux with custom hardware devices.
Proficient in high-performance programming, tuning, and debugging.

Responsibilities

Develop network monitoring products for real-time financial networks.
Collaborate with hardware and front-end teams to deliver high-throughput systems.
Assess feasibility and design solutions; mentor junior engineers.
Support optimization for ultra-low latency and precise time synchronization.
