Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our team in Poland. You will build high-quality cross-platform mobile apps, leveraging Expo/EAS for builds and submissions and implementing robust state management.

You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days in office) across multiple Polish offices, collaborating with designers, backend developers and QA to deliver features end-to-end. English at B2 level required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React Native.
• Strong hands-on experience with Expo ecosystem and EAS for builds and submissions.
• Solid understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
• Experience with RTK Query and/or TanStack Query for server state management.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and REST APIs integration.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and mobile app lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
• Build, configure, and optimize workflows with Expo and EAS.
• Implement and manage state using modern libraries.
• Collaborate with designers, backend, and QA to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Ensure performance, quality and responsiveness; troubleshoot issues.
