Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional Game Designer
• Shipped 1+ titles as a quest designer
• Experience with technical game design (implementation, game logic, visual scripting)
• Collaborative, team-oriented, open to feedback
• Independent, ownership of tasks in confidential environment
• Creative problem-solving with a collaborative approach
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to pitch concepts
• Good organization to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with quest, narrative, level design teams and other departments to craft cohesive experience for locations, characters, content, and plots
• Collaborate with Quest and Narrative Designers and Engineers to develop pipelines for Quest Design team
• Design and implement functional quests and become proficient in using our tools
• Express the story's vision through exploration, dialogue, gameplay, and activities
• Provide constructive feedback on others’ work
• Act as liaison to other departments to convey consistent design vision
