Job summary

SimCorp in Warsaw seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to ensure reliability of Portfolio Analysis solutions used by investment managers worldwide. You will partner with engineers, product owners, and fellow testers to advance automation, testing practices, and CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software quality engineering or testing.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test solutions.
• Experience testing APIs and distributed systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and automated quality gates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Domain knowledge in financial services is valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions for APIs, backend services, and user workflows.
• Perform risk-based exploratory testing of new functionality and complex business scenarios.
• Define clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria with developers and product owners.
• Contribute to quality strategies, test approaches, and release readiness activities.
• Continuously improve automated regression coverage and test reliability.
