The role involves defining quality frameworks, applying process engineering principles, and managing projects using Lean methodologies. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in process design and advanced skills in MS Office, specifically Excel and Power BI. Qualifications

• Solid understanding of process design, with logistics experience valued.
• Practical experience with Lean tools (Control Plans, pFMEA, 8D, Kaizen, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of PM methodologies and task completion.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and critical thinking skills.
• Minimum B2 level in English and Polish for daily communication.
• Advanced MS Office skills for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop Quality Control and Assurance frameworks.
• Apply process engineering principles to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage Lean methodology tools and reports.
• Lead internal Quality projects and support Supply Chain Management.
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent operational issues.
