Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp is seeking a Quality Assurance Leader for the SD Batch, Cross-border & SWIFT QA & Testing team to shape and develop a high-performing QA function focused on SEPA batch payments processing.

You will lead multinational QA engineers and external consultants, drive automation, and establish testing standards while collaborating with business partners to deliver measurable value with a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects.
• Leadership and coaching experience.
• Experience leading multinational teams and collaborating with multiple vendors in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a global QA team of engineers, including internal staff and external consultants.
• Drive testing activities across SIT, E2E, NFT, and UAT with a strong automation focus.
• Establish and adhere to Nordea quality standards and release plans.
• Collaborate with IT, Business Analysis, and QA to enrich features and manage risks.
