Job summary

HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a QA Engineer for the Commerce DevOps Hub. You will join a DevOps‑mature team responsible for testing the e‑Commerce platform and ensuring quality across the software lifecycle.

You will develop test cases, implement automated tests with Playwright/Selenium, and drive CI/CD integration, collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, and other DevOps teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in QA engineering.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with testing APIs for functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Knowledge of accessibility testing tools and guidelines.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and best practices.
• Experience with manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop test cases, test plans, and test strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Continuously enhance automation infrastructure and test frameworks.
• Conduct regression testing and maintain regression suites.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and DevOps to align quality goals.
