Role Summary

Senior QA Automation Expert responsible for leading, building, and delivering an automation framework for the Corporate platform using Copado solution to cover key continuous deployment phases such as smoke, E2E, UAT, and regression testing, as well as supporting release management in roadmap project delivery and BAU activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, build, and deliver from scratch an automation framework for the Corporate platform using Copado solution for continuous deployment phases (smoke, E2E, UAT, regression).
• Design, build and execute test design & planning workflows; create detailed test cases covering functional, integration, and regression scenarios.
• Perform API testing and validate system integration across multiple platforms (Salesforce, Workday).
• Execute automated and manual functional tests (Unit, E2E, UAT, regression, smoke) and provide ad‑hoc support to stakeholders during UAT.
• Document and report daily test results using a dashboard, highlighting defects and risks.
• Maintain functional and non‑functional automated UI and API tests/suites to support evolving corporate platform solutions.
• Investigate problems and opportunities in existing processes, evaluate and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Corporate Systems teams (Salesforce, Workday HR/Finance) to understand code base and test coverage at unit level.
• Assess release readiness and participate in CI/CD deployment cycles; collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth releases.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in STEM disciplines.
• 4–6 years of automation testing experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Copado suites (Robotic testing, CI/CD).
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Exposure to automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Proficiency with programming languages: Visual Studio, Gherkin/Cucumber, Python.
• Knowledge of PDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• Experience with GitHub.
• Experience testing front‑end and back‑end web services.
• Experience in Test‑Driven Development and data models.
• Experience in test documentation (strategies, approaches).
• Experience with Atlassian ecosystem: Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior testers when the team expands.
• Applies “progress over perfection” principle and takes full responsibility for decisions.

Benefits and Compensation

Annual base salary range: zł233,500.00 – zł350,350.00 (full‑time). Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance. Eligibility for variable compensation such as performance bonus or commission‑based plan and a long‑term incentive.
