Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer (C#) to join our engineering team and drive software quality across enterprise applications. You will design and implement scalable automation solutions, define testing strategies, and improve engineering practices to deliver reliable software.

Collaborating with software engineers, architects, product owners, and DevOps, you will lead test planning, mentor QA engineers, and push for automation-first approaches within CI/CD pipelines while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in QA automation or SDET roles.
• 5+ years building test automation with C#/.NET.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade test automation frameworks.
• Strong Playwright and/or Selenium WebDriver experience.
• Experience with NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.
• Automating UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Testing REST APIs and SQL skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using C#/.NET.
• Define and implement test strategies for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality and testability.
• Drive automation-first and shift-left practices in CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and production issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting; monitor automation coverage and release readiness.
• Mentor QA engineers and evaluate new tools and technologies.
