Job summary

Luxoft invites a Senior QA Automation Engineer (C#) to join our engineering team in Kraków. You will lead design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks and testing strategies across UI, API, and integration testing for enterprise applications.

You will collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and DevOps to embed quality throughout the SDLC, drive CI/CD automation, and mentor junior QA engineers. Strong C#/.NET, Playwright/Selenium, and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation, Quality Engineering, or SDET roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing test automation solutions using C#/.NET.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade test automation frameworks.
• Strong experience with Playwright and/or Selenium WebDriver.
• Hands-on experience with NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.
• Strong experience automating UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong experience testing REST APIs, including API automation and integration testing.
• Solid SQL skills and experience validating relational databases.
• Experience testing distributed, service-oriented, or microservices-based applications.
• Proven experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, and modern quality engineering practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer (C#) to join our engineering team and drive software quality across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is an experienced quality engineering professional with a strong background in C# test automation, modern testing frameworks, and software engineering best practices.

In this role, you will work closely with Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
