We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Generative AI technologies. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable cloud-native applications, build data ingestion pipelines, and integrate cutting-edge AI solutions. You will also mentor junior developers, ensure security and compliance, and establish best practices for delivering high-quality APIs and CLI tools.
• Work Setup: Remote work
• Rate: 160 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract)

Your responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Python applications on GCP, leveraging services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Firestore, Pub/Sub, and Workflows.
• Integrate Generative AI models using Google GenAI SDK, Vertex AI, and LangChain.
• Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines and APIs (Flask) with robust CLI tools.
• Ensure observability (OpenTelemetry, Cloud Logging, Cloud Trace) and structured logging.
• Implement security and compliance measures (IAM, impersonated credentials, Google DLP).
• Mentor a junior developer, provide technical guidance, and enforce clean architecture principles.
• Drive performance optimization and best practices in cloud-native AI solutions.

Our requirements

• 6+ years of Python development, including concurrency, multiprocessing, and clean architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with GCP production systems.
• Proven expertise with GCP services: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Firestore, Pub/Sub, Logging, Trace, Workflows.
• Practical experience with Generative AI tools (Google GenAI SDK, Vertex AI, LangChain).
• Strong knowledge of API development (Flask), CLI tools, and Pydantic models.
• Proficiency in working with structured data formats (CSV, JSON) and libraries like pandas.
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and IAM best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to mentor and lead.
