Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend development in Python.
• Experience as a Solution Architect or Tech Lead.
• Strong knowledge of microservices and API design.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and async patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own system architecture decisions and framework selection.
• Develop core components, POCs, and modules.
• Document architecture decisions and patterns.
• Lead technical discussions with team and stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA for deployment and stability.
• Implement logging, metrics, and dashboards for observability.
• Work in Linux environments with Docker and Git workflows.
• Analyze latency and profiling data to improve performance.
