Job summary

SOFTSWISS is expanding its AI capabilities and seeks a Senior Python Developer to join the AI Software Delivery team. You will design AI-enabled solutions, including RAG systems and MCP integrations, and shape the architecture of the AI ecosystem with robust, scalable software.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software development with 4+ years Python, strong Python internals knowledge, and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years using Python as the primary language.
• Strong understanding of Python internals: async programming, memory management, and performance profiling.
• Proven experience building RAG systems and working with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
• Solid knowledge of Linux and proficient Bash/Shell command-line skills.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and scaling containerized applications.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Redis for caching and distributed state management.
• Familiarity with the ELK Stack for logging and observability.
• English proficiency at least Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating within an agile team using Scrum and planning the AI roadmap.
• Architecting AI-enabled services and scaling infrastructure.
• Designing production-ready RAG pipelines and Agentic workflows using internal data.
• Integrating Model Context Protocols (MCP) for data interoperability.
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining high documentation and testability standards.
