SOFTSWISS is seeking a Senior Python Developer to advance AI Software Delivery. You will design AI-enabled solutions, including RAG pipelines and MCP integrations, shaping our AI ecosystem and ensuring robust, scalable systems.

Strong Python internals, async programming, Docker/Kubernetes, and distributed systems expertise are essential for this role. The position offers full-time remote work options, competitive compensation, and opportunities to work with cutting-edge LLM orchestration

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, at least 4 years Python as primary language.
• Strong Python internals: asyncio, memory management, performance profiling.
• Experience building RAG systems and working with LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Solid Linux knowledge and command-line skills (Bash).
• Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and scaling containerized apps.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and ELK Stack for logging/observability.
• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in an agile Scrum team and contribute to AI roadmap planning.
• Lead architectural, infrastructure, and strategic decisions for AI services.
• Design and implement production-grade RAG pipelines and Agentic workflows.
• Integrate MCP to standardize AI tools across data sources and environments.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for docs and testability.
