As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution engaged in delivering large-scale technological transformation initiatives across its banking infrastructure. You will be managing complex end-to-end IT projects within a dynamic environment, ensuring seamless integration of systems, tools, and processes that support business operations. Your work will contribute to the successful delivery of projects within the Technology Project Portfolio, driving innovation and efficiency through structured project management practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects end-to-end
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure successful delivery
• Reporting project progress and risks to key stakeholders
• Facilitating communication between business and technical teamsApplying project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or Prince2
• Ensuring compliance with internal governance and risk management standards
• Leading negotiations and resolving conflicts effectively
• Supporting project portfolio planning and prioritization
• Promoting best practices in project documentation and reporting

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Have at least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in a bank or financial institution
• Possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2)
• Are proficient in MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office tools
• Have hands‑on experience managing IT infrastructure projects end-to-end
• Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical problem‑solving skills
• Communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Have proven negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Are fluent in English at a minimum B2 level
• Show flexibility to occasionally join international meetings outside standard hours
• Understand core banking systems and technology environments

It will be an advantage if you have:

• Experience in data engineering or data‑related project management
• Knowledge of Data and Big Data technologies
• Familiarity with software implementation methodologies
• Understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
