Overview

Senior Project Manager / Project Director

Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 (Depending on Experience)

Location: London • Permanent • Start December 2025

About the role

A principal contractor, with a growing reputation for excellence, is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Project Director as part of their long term strategy. From new build to refurbishment within commercial or residential sectors, they have demonstrated a varied portfolio with often structurally and logistically complex schemes in London. Upcoming projects ranging between £20m - £70m.

Responsibilities

• High level management
• Direction of the project management team
• All the financial aspects of the project including comprehensive reporting to the Board
• Development of lower tier managers

Key Attributes / Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years\' experience in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role with a £100m - £250m principal contractor
• Able to demonstrate shared value of the business
• Proven experience of delivery from start to completion
• Previous prime hotels and/or prime residential experience would be an advantage
• Conversant with either Asta or Microsoft Project
• Client-facing & Professional
