Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive complex pharmaceutical initiatives, including optimizing an Anaplan platform for supply chain planning and implementing a unified Regulatory Affairs platform. The role focuses on delivering a global ecosystem by consolidating eight legacy applications for regulatory document management, publishing, and submission tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.
• Oversee the implementation of enterprise platforms for Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors across regions.
• Identify regulatory documents to be migrated and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Resolve issues proactively to maintain project momentum and delivery timelines.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and ongoing support.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to all stakeholders.

The role involves leading two strategic initiatives: the optimization of an Anaplan platform supporting supply chain planning and the implementation of a unified Regulatory Affairs platform. The larger transformation program aims to consolidate eight existing applications into a single global ecosystem for regulatory document management, publishing, and submission tracking. Your tasks

• Leading complex global projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support
• Managing the implementation of enterprise platforms supporting Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain operations
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors across multiple regions
• Identifying the scope of regulatory documents to be migrated, ensuring compliance with GxP and sector-specific regulations
• Proactively resolving issues before they elevate, ensuring smooth project execution
• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project buy-in and support
• Communicating project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 10 years of proven project management experience within complex, multinational environments
• Significant expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and a thorough understanding of GxP regulations
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement robust project frameworks from the ground up
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Outstanding cultural awareness and sensitivity, with experience working in diverse international teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher
