Hybrid work is required with two days in the office, leading planning, execution, and closing activities to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience coordinating projects, and PMI‑PMBOK knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years with Westinghouse or 4-year university degree in Project Management.
• 5+ years experience coordinating small to large projects at Westinghouse.
• Knowledge of PMI PMBOK guide and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to lead complex teams and build stakeholder relationships.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Project planning: author project plans and baselines for scope, schedule, and cost.
• Project executing: manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality and resources.
• Project closing: archive artifacts and perform final quality assessments.
• Develop relationships with product line teams, customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and value-adds.
• Promote metrics and process maps to keep stakeholders informed.
