Develocraft is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client’s growing technology team.

• Manage multiple software development projects in parallel—overseeing delivery, coordinating teams, controlling budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and external clients within Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for IT/software development initiatives.
• Supervise several projects at once, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Lead and motivate development teams to achieve project goals.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to align on priorities and expectations.
• Monitor risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project documentation and ensure transparency across teams.
• Foster Agile/Scrum best practices and lead project ceremonies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as IT Project Manager in a software house environment
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure and manage client expectations.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strategic mindset.
• Experience with project tools and tracking software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Working proficiency in English.
