Infosys in Poland seeks a Senior Migration Program Lead with 10+ years in .NET app management and large-scale migrations. You will drive TSA Exit, carve-out and separation initiatives across multiple business units. The role requires strong governance and executive communication.

The position involves leading end-to-end migration from assessment through cutover, coordinating with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams across diverse projects.

What We're Looking For

Must-have

• Overall 10+ yrs of exp managing .Net application with additional experience in large-scale Application Migration, TSA Exit, Carve-Out and Separation programs.
• Good understanding of Application Assessment, .NET application migration, SQL Server database migration, infrastructure migration, and migration planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Coordinate with business leaders, application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful migration execution.
• Facilitate governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
• Define migration strategies, Migration waves, roadmaps, and dependency management plans to support TSA Exit objectives.
• Manage end-to-end application migration which includes assessment, planning, migration, testing and cutover activities.
• Track project milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and obtain required approvals and signoffs.
• Identify migration risks and develop mitigation plans.
