Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Project Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex Wealth Lending initiatives. You will own governance, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery across a matrixed organization to meet strategic priorities.

You will partner with sponsors and business owners to validate scope and align business cases, ensuring regulatory and control requirements are met while leading across Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in project/program management with delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with delivery discipline, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong, structured communication with senior stakeholders across business, technology and risk.
• Analytical problem-solving with clear root-cause and practical solutions.
• Judgment, discretion, and professionalism in a global matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Wealth Lending projects, defining scope, planning, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate across Wealth Lending, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations to maintain alignment.
• Establish governance, risk tracking, decision logs and steering materials for senior stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues with clear recommendations.
• Communicate status and key decisions to sponsors and senior management.
• Coach and develop project team while managing budgeting, planning and financial oversight.
