Job summary

Amentum seeks a Program Manager to support ROSIE, interfacing with the Contracting Officer and Government stakeholders for the Reagan Test Site Operations, Sustainment, Improvement, and Engineering contract. You will lead development from inception to deployment, manage funds and resources, and liaise with government customers and senior leadership.

Candidates should hold a B.S. or Masters with extensive DoD program management experience, PMP certification, and active security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Possess the capability to lead project development from inception to deployment completion.
• Proven expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms.
• Demonstrate capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
• Work with leadership to define long-term strategy, drive process improvements, and ensure programs align with business objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and proactively remove roadblocks to keep the program on track.
• Provide contractual direction, ensure customer satisfaction while following all corporate policies.
• Effectively communicate program status, financial details, and requirements to a wide range of audiences from government customers to Sr. corporate leadership.
