Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 1+ years in pharma R&D, development, or commercialization.
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA) a plus.
• Experience in pharma with drug development and commercialization understanding.
• Experience with scheduling methodologies and tools to manage project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the TA point of accountability for portfolio project setup in enterprise planning systems.
• Maintain and govern project metadata for consistency and reliability across the portfolio.
• Enable PMs and GPTs with clean, trusted data foundations for planning and forecasting.
• Build partnerships with PM Portfolio Leads to ensure teams manage portfolio plans effectively.
• Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and remediate issues with training materials and tools.
• Define TA standards and ensure consistent application across projects and teams.
• Drive cross-functional integration with Research & Medical to enable smooth transitions.
