Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Data & Analytics Office team. You will lead a team of project managers and analysts across multiple locations and drive data-driven delivery strategies in the banking sector.

You will own end-to-end programme delivery, align with roadmaps, manage governance and budgets, and mentor teams to raise delivery standards while engaging stakeholders at all levels in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in programme management.
• Strong leadership to drive decisions across multiple workstreams and global teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies in programme/product development; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programme delivery and ensure alignment with the product roadmap and adoption plans.
• Define and drive programme delivery strategy across multiple projects and capabilities.
• Lead Project Managers and Scrum Masters to deliver global initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage programme governance, reporting, financial performance, and resource planning.
• Partner with Product teams and SMEs on planning, forecasting, and evaluation of new change initiatives.
• Act as the key escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies across the programme.
• Establish delivery standards and quality assurance processes while mentoring Project Managers and Scrum Masters.

Your tasks

• Owning end-to-end programme delivery and ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and adoption plans
• Defining and driving programme delivery strategy across multiple projects and capabilities
• Leading Project Managers and Scrum Masters to deliver global initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget
• Managing programme governance, reporting, financial performance, and resource planning
• Partnering with Product teams and SMEs on planning, forecasting, and evaluation of new change initiatives
• Acting as the key escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies across the programme
• Establishing delivery standards and quality assurance processes while mentoring Project Managers and Scrum Masters

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in programme management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale platform and data migration programmes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive decisions and delivery pace across multiple workstreams and global teams
• Exceptional understanding of SAS migration and dependencies, including data lineage and reconciliation
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services domain, particularly within regulated institutions
• Experience in applying Agile methodologies in programme and product development, with Agile certification(s) being advantageous
• Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to develop change capability by coaching and training teams to uplift delivery standards and ways of working
• Advanced level of English

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for change management
• Experience in managing high-performing global teams
