Job summary

Secret Escapes in Poland (Warsaw) is looking for a Product Lead to own the first impression and drive app-enabled growth across iOS and Android.

You’ll partner with Design, Engineering and Marketing to prioritise features that boost engagement and conversion, while balancing brand needs for Secret Escapes and Travelist.

The role offers hybrid work with 3 days in the Warsaw office and flexible hours, plus a global, inclusive, data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• AI-curious mindset with interest in practical AI applications today.
• Proficient with Jira and Miro for product work.
• Willingness to learn the technical aspects behind products.
• Hands-on experience shipping features on mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Strong data literacy to evaluate metrics and tell a story.
• Enthusiasm for test-and-learn experiments and AB testing.
• Excellent organisational skills for workshops and timelines.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across squads.
• Able to prioritize work and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design and Engineering to iterate high-quality outcomes.
• Quantify opportunities and balance business needs with capacity.
• Manage dual-brand stewardship across Secret Escapes and Travelist.
• Own the mobile app roadmap for iOS and Android.
• Ensure marketing effectiveness supports growth and measurement.
• Share progress updates with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Deliver improvements end-to-end, with or without design/engineering resources.
• Work with other PMs to keep roadmaps aligned.
• Incorporate market and member insights into the backlog.
