Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager for a European online car marketplace project focusing on Website and Digital Retail. You will translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and align delivery teams for fast-moving product work.

The role is hands-on and execution-oriented, suitable for someone who thrives in ambiguity. Engagement ends Jan 2027 with possible extension and requires daily overlap with Toronto ET hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with delivery ownership.
• Experience at least two different companies in a Product role.
• Experience on e-commerce or customer-facing digital experiences.
• Strong experience partnering with software engineering in an Agile environment.
• Ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, operational, and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day product execution for Unified Web and Digital Retail initiatives.
• Gather, clarify, document, and validate business, customer, and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and docs.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure work is well-defined before development.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, resolve gaps, and communicate risks and progress.
• Support sprint planning, refinement, demos, testing, and release readiness.
• Use feedback and data to inform practical product decisions and tradeoffs.
