Job summary
Bayer is seeking a Lead Product Manager for AI and automation within Finance. You will own a portfolio of digital products, drive strategy, and ensure measurable business value across the lifecycle.
You will work with engineering, data, AI, risk, and operations to deliver compliant, scalable solutions and enable Finance teams to focus on value‑adding activities. Lead Product Managers here operate at strategic levels, coordinating across product management, data and governance to ensure outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or comparable experience.
- 8+ years in product management within complex digital environments.
- 4+ years in Agile/DevOps settings.
- 3+ years in AI/ML, intelligent automation or data-driven products from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of AI-and-automation-enabled digital products across their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product development, data, AI, Finance, risk, legal and operations teams.
- Drive agile practices, backlog prioritization and end-to-end delivery.
- Bridge business, technology and data to align with enterprise objectives.
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for a complex ecosystem in Finance.
