As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the experience of digital products used by thousands of healthcare professionals and their patients. You will take ownership of the design process for key features, working across both B2B and B2C domains to create intuitive, impactful, and visually compelling experiences. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into thoughtful design solutions. You will conduct user research, usability testing, and prototyping to ensure your designs are both practical and delightful. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers and advocate for design thinking across the organization, contributing to a cohesive and high-quality design language.
