As a Senior Product Designer in the Cloud Transitions team, you will lead the design of innovative, scalable experiences that help customers and teams succeed in cloud environments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners—including product managers, engineers, and researchers—to define and deliver solutions that balance technical feasibility with user-centric design. Your responsibilities include conducting user research to uncover needs and edge cases, creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for complex cloud journeys, and establishing design guidelines that ensure consistency and best practices across cloud products. You’ll be expected to independently solve ambiguous problems, bridge gaps between technical and user perspectives, and advocate for design system adoption.

5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex or enterprise-level projects.

Deep understanding of cloud-native design principles, user-centered design, and the latest trends in cloud technologies.

Proficiency in interaction and visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with engineering and product teams.

Ability to independently solve complex problems, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment across stakeholders.

Experience conducting and applying user research to inform design decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
