*instinctools is looking for a Senior Product Analyst for one of our clients.

Location: remote

Client: is a global mobility platform with a peer‑to‑peer pricing model, where passengers and drivers negotiate and agree on fares directly. Founded in 2013, operates in 600+ cities across 45+ countries and offers services including ride‑hailing, intercity travel, and delivery. The company focuses on fair pricing, transparency, and social impact.

Project: is Ride‑hailing (Uber‑like), courier delivery services, service platforms. Two‑sided marketplaces (clients–service providers)

Duration of cooperation: 6-12 months+
Technology Stack: Python, SQL, BI (Plotly, Redash, Tableau)

Tasks:

• Analyze user behavior and identify product growth opportunities
• Define, build, and maintain product metrics and funnels
• Design, run, and analyze product experiments (A/B tests)
• Conduct product research to support data‑driven decisions
• Build dashboards and reports for product and business stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering teams to inform and influence product decisions

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
• Strong expertise in product metrics and funnels
• Experience building and evolving a product metrics system
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries
• Excellent SQL skills: working with large datasets, writing and optimizing complex queries, building analytical data marts
• Experience with BI tools and dashboards (Plotly, Redash, Tableau)
• Experience running A/B tests and product experiments
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract actionable insights
• Practical understanding of Agile / Scrum

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
