Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years leading procurement in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and development skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish; able to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the procurement team in Poland to build a high-performing culture.
• Drive strategic sourcing, negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery and sustainability.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks while supporting new product introductions.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to implement best practices.
