Job summary

Westinghouse Krakow is seeking a Senior Procurement Engineer for a hybrid role with up to 20% travel. The candidate will manage procurement execution from pre-PO to delivery, monitor supplier performance, and ensure compliance with ASME and NQA-1 requirements.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Commercial, and SPE to optimize supplier engagement, conduct RFx activities, and support cost and contract negotiations. A regulated environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Nuclear preferred) or Supply Chain
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, engineering, or project execution within a regulated/industrial environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Nuclear or regulated industry experience
• Experience supporting supplier execution and contract management
• Familiarity with ASME and NQA‑1 requirements
• Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, SharePoint
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications/tools

Responsibilities

• Procurement Execution across assigned scopes from pre-PO through delivery
• Manage daily supplier execution to meet schedule, quality, and technical requirements
• Track progress, identify issues, and lead resolution
• Supplier Performance & Risk Management: monitor capability, capacity, and readiness; identify risks; support corrective actions
• Technical & Regulatory Integration: understand safety-related and regulatory requirements (ASME, NQA‑1)
• Cross-Functional Coordination with Engineering, Quality, Commercial, and SPE
• Sourcing & Commercial Support: RFx execution, supplier engagement, bid evaluation
• Cost & Value Management: support cost analysis and identify cost drivers
• Purchase Order & Contract Execution: PO lifecycle, invoice discrepancy resolution with AP
• Supplier Relationship Support: maintain supplier relations and coordination
