Job summary

Sii Poland in Tychy seeks an experienced process engineer to optimize assembly production processes, provide production support, and solve process issues. You will join our internal unit implementing industrial engineering projects and work on-site in Tychy.

The role requires deep automotive process knowledge, 7+ years of experience, and fluency in Polish with good English. Lean initiatives and continuous improvement are central to this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in process engineering.
• Higher technical education in related fields.
• Deep knowledge of process engineering in the automotive industry.
• Experience in production engineering and optimization of production processes.
• Fluent Polish language.
• Proficient English communication.
• Understanding Lean Manufacturing specifics.

Responsibilities

• Optimization and improvement of assembly production processes.
• Providing technical support for production and solving process issues.
• Creating and maintaining process documentation and work instructions.
• Supporting the launch of new products and production lines.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing.
• Resolving technical problems.
