Job summary

BeOne seeks a pricing master data specialist to maintain SAP price lists, condition records, discounts, agreements and rebates to ensure accurate billing. You will drive price updates, align data with tax indicators, and support audit readiness.

The role requires 2+ years in master data/OTC, SAP SD pricing knowledge, and strong Excel skills, with fluent English and attention to detail. European market experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Finance, Economics, IT or related field degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in master data, OTC/billing or finance operations.
• Hands-on SAP SD pricing knowledge (VK11/VK12/VK13) – strong advantage.
• Understanding of maker-checker controls (SOX) and audit evidence requirements.
• Experience in European market is needed.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing master data maintenance in SAP and ensure accurate billing.
• Perform annual pricing updates and validate new prices before go-live.
• Ensure requests meet SLAs and manage urgent changes.
• Support audits with evidence and maintain audit trail.
