Job summary

Capgemini in Poland seeks an experienced Power Platform specialist to join our Microsoft-focused delivery teams in Wrocław. You will develop apps with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, and integrate with Azure ecosystems and MS Dynamics 365.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT with 3+ years in Power Platform, hands-on Canvas App development, and C# experience. You will work in a hybrid environment with a strong learning culture and certifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years overall IT experience, with 3+ years in Power Platform.
• Hands-on in Canvas App development, Power Automate, PCF and plugins.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 development.
• Nice to have C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS experience.
• Familiar with Azure Cloud Component.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).

YOUR TASKS

• Developing applications using Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents and integrate them into Microsoft and Azure ecosystems.
• Developing integrations & plugins using .NET framework (C#).
• Supporting team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 analysts in complex solutions delivery: participation on functional requirements gathering, functionality outlining, testing and deployments.
• Getting a deep technology understanding of Power Apps products & knowledge about possibilities of customizations, configurations, limitations, and constraints.
• Working with Power Apps Model driven, Canvas and Dataverse.
• Configure Power Apps.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experienced professional (8+ years) with 3+ years of experience in Power Platform.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Power Platform.
  • Hands‑on experience in Canvas App development.
  • Experience with Power Automate.
  • Experience with PCF control and Plugins.
  • Familiar with Azure Cloud Component.
  • MS Dynamics 365 (Development) experience.
