Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Power Platform MS Copilot Enablement Engineer to build a self-service support framework for Citizen Developers. You will train users, design scalable architecture, and guide non-technical stakeholders through agent creation, governance, and deployment at scale.

The role requires deep Power Platform knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to drive long-term governance. Hybrid Poland working model and potential remote work apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with MS Copilot Studio architecture, governance and security practices.
• Experience designing processes and documentation for non-technical users with intuitive UI/UX.
• Deep knowledge of the Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and low-code architecture.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts, create training paths and clear docs.
• Ability to define long-term governance strategy and system integration patterns.
• Familiarity with connectors and APIs to enrich Copilot Studio agents.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a self-service support framework for non-technical users.
• Develop high-impact training materials, workshops, and visual docs for Citizen Developers.
• Define robust technical architecture for Copilot Studio environments, ensuring security and scalability.
• Mentor and provide deployment support to business users as escalation lead.
• Define the agent lifecycle from ideation to maintenance for operational excellence.
• Develop strategy to promote and sell the new support service to stakeholders.
