Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join the Capital Management Software Development team. The role focuses on developing and implementing changes in the Capital and Risk Train, driving value through engineering excellence and cross-border collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Power BI, with hands-on Power BI Service and data modeling experience, plus strong SQL and Agile/SAFe knowledge. Global collaboration across Sweden and Poland is central.

Qualifications

5+ years’ Power BI development experience with 2–3 years in Power BI Service/cloud.
Data modeling experience with strong business acumen and Row Level Security.
Experience with analytical tools such as SQL and knowledge of Agile, Scrum or SAFe including BizDevOps.
Academic degree in computer sciences, mathematics or engineering.
Understanding of Regulatory Reporting for European Banks.
Full proficiency in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

Support applications in an agile development environment by coordinating and driving development changes in the Capital and Risk Train (ART).
Participate in major improvements and development tasks to support the unit to deliver against targets.
Share knowledge and IT competencies across units and borders to strengthen capabilities.
