GFT Technologies SE in Łódź seeks a skilled Power BI professional to join a delivery team supporting a banking client in the Middle East. You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, gather requirements, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires 3+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL/DAX skills, and a solid grasp of data warehousing concepts.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Hands-on with Power BI Desktop, Power Query (M), DAX and data modelling.
• Good SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in designing and maintaining enterprise reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of Power BI Service including workspace management, dataset administration, and scheduled refresh.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business and management users.
• Create, optimize, and maintain datasets and data structures supporting enterprise reporting.
• Gather reporting requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.
• Use SQL, DAX, and data analysis techniques to support validation and insights.
• Prepare documentation and ensure solutions are maintainable and aligned with standards.
• Continuously improve analytics and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality reporting capabilities.
