Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape a new AI evaluation and post-training category. You will own positioning, messaging, and end-to-end launches, working with product, research, and GTM to drive pipeline and win technical buyers.

You will partner with growth and sales to develop compelling proof points, customer stories, and enablement materials, while researching buyer needs to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of product marketing experience in B2B, early-stage or high-growth.
• Defined or reshaped a category.
• Experience in a small marketing team with cross-functional responsibilities.
• Market to technical buyers and debate methodology with researchers.
• Exceptional writing with high-quality standards.
• Built product marketing processes from scratch (launch tiering, enablement cadence).
• Able to build relationships with senior stakeholders across product, research, and sales.
• Uses AI tools to speed up work and build workflows beyond chat.

Responsibilities

• Category creation and POV: turn Mercor's view into work buyers cite.
• Positioning and messaging for evals and post-training offerings.
• Plan and run product launches end to end.
• Buyer research on how AI researchers and enterprise teams buy.
• Sales enablement with pitch, demo storyline, and proof points.
• Own competitive positioning and battlecards.
• Turn evals and post-training into case studies and references.
• Collaborate on campaigns to build pipeline.
