Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on the Platform - Cloud Events team to ensure data from devices is validated and assessed by ML models running in the Cloud, and to improve the model lifecycle. You will collaborate with product teams, TPMs, and partner engineers to advance the edge and cloud data flow.

You will lead by example in code reviews, architecture improvements, and system-level thinking, while expanding the event pipeline and optimizing cloud resource usage for cost

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience with 2+ years building high throughput backend services.
• Proficient in Golang and/or Python and modern backend architectures.
• Experience with event streaming systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kinesis, NATS, RabbitMQ or similar).
• Collaborative teammate with strong code review and system design skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high code quality through reviews and documentation.
• Improve ML operations and scalable backend systems across teams.
• Expand the event pipeline to meet client needs and use cases.
• Help reduce cloud resource costs, especially GPUs.
