Job summary

Anyone AI Labs, part of Anyone AI, is seeking a senior platform engineer to own end-to-end Human Data systems, including RL, coding, STEM evals, and admin surfaces. You will design environments, pipelines, and project taxonomies while leading a high-autonomy platform initiative. Fluency in English is required; Spanish helpful.

You will drive platform direction, balance engineering priorities, and ship cohesive backend and admin services behind a multi-sided ecosystem.

Qualifications

4+ years as senior software engineer with backend or full-stack ownership.
Experience turning messy domain into roadmaps and shipped systems.
Fluent English; Spanish optional.
Experience with RL/data workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, stand up, and harden RL, coding, STEM eval environments for contributors and internal teams.
Lead platform development for project pipelines and coherent taxonomies.
Support admin/ops: payments, task approvals, RBAC, and visibility of revenue and costs.
Set technical direction for platform initiatives and balance env, pipeline, and admin work.
Own a multi-sided platform with operators, contributors, and internal stakeholders.
Build or operate systems in human data, RLHF, labeling, or model evaluation.
Deliver admin/back-office workflows and governance, including approvals and permissions.
Lead a high-ambiguity technical initiative on a small team.
