Overview

As a recruitment company, DCG understands that every business is powered by experienced professionals. Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned tasks during sprint planning
• Create and update technical documentation
• Write unit tests to cover new functionalities
• Follow established release processes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (currently ~30 people), including Node.js, WordPress, Frontend developers, QA Engineers, Solution Architects, and Team Leaders
• Engage in direct cooperation with the Client’s teams: Business Analysts, Product Managers, Project Managers, DevOps, Head of Technology
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies (Stand-ups, Planning, Retrospectives, Refinements) and contribute to estimations using Story Points

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PHP and WordPress
• Experience with TDD/Unit Testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Proficient with Git
• Working knowledge of AWS
• Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, Docker
• English at B2 level or higher
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
