Job summary

DCG Poland is looking for a Senior Performance Tester to join their team in Warsaw. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute performance test scripts primarily using LoadRunner Enterprise. With at least 4 years of experience in performance testing, you'll be responsible for identifying bottlenecks and providing optimization recommendations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with API and Microservices testing, and a very good command of English. Senior Performance Tester

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE)
• Create and enhance TrueClient and HTTP/HTML scripts for web-based applications
• Conduct performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations
• Work on API and Microservices performance testing, including service virtualization where required
• Monitor system performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sysdig etc
• Prepare test plans, workload models, test scenarios, and performance reports
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Infra, and Business teams for issue resolution
• Handle performance testing for applications built on PEGA platform

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing
• Strong expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE)
• Hands-on experience in TrueClient scripting
• Strong experience in HTTP/HTML scripting
• Good knowledge of API and Microservices architecture
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Experience in performance testing of PEGA applications
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Sysdig, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk)
• Experience with CI/CD integration for performance testing
• SQL knowledge for backend validation
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
