Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is looking for a Senior Performance Tester in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of performance testing experience, with strong expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise and scripting in TrueClient and HTTP/HTML. Responsibilities include designing, executing tests, and analyzing system performance. The role also involves collaborating with development teams and supporting applications built on the PEGA platform. The position offers private medical care and a sports card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Strong expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).
• Hands-on experience in TrueClient scripting.
• Strong experience in HTTP/HTML scripting.
• Good knowledge of API and Microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).
• Create and enhance TrueClient and HTTP/HTML scripts for web-based applications.
• Conduct performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations.
• Work on API and Microservices performance testing, including service virtualization where required.
• Monitor system performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sysdig.
• Prepare test plans, workload models, test scenarios, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Infra, and Business teams for issue resolution.
• Handle performance testing for applications built on PEGA platform.
