Job summary

Jit Team seeks experienced Pega System Developers to join our Consumer Finance Technology group. This role blends coding with business analysis in a BizDevOps setting, switching between Business Architect and System Architect as projects demand.

The team values hands-on developers with strong communication and collaboration skills, working in an international, fully remote setup from Poland, and benefiting from a Scandinavian work culture and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Pega development experience (SSA level)
• 5+ years of Pega development experience with LSA exposure
• Experience with Pega Infinity projects
• Strong Pega UI Constellation implementation knowledge (financial sector an asset)
• Familiarity with Pega design patterns, guardrails and best practices
• Experience with Pega 8.x platform and cloud environments
• Knowledge of integration approaches (REST, SOAP, MQ)
• Ability to switch between development and business analysis tasks
• Hands-on coding mindset with focus on business outcomes
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication

Responsibilities

• Provide coding and requirements gathering in a BizDevOps setting
• Be able to toggle between Business Architect and System Architect responsibilities
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Contribute to design patterns and guardrails in Pega implementations
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and hands-on technical skills
