KOSTAL AUTOMOTIVE POLAND in Wrocław is seeking a Senior PCB Layouter to join our engineering team. You will lead technical layout activities and collaborate with hardware designers and production to ensure robust PCB designs that meet project goals.

The role requires at least seven years in PCB layout, strong Siemens Xpedition experience, and a degree in electrical engineering. English at B2, plus a proactive, team‑oriented mindset, will help you thrive in our friendly, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of PCB layout experience.
• Proven expertise with Siemens Xpedition.
• Degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Good knowledge of electronics, circuits and EMC topics.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Layout Design Team technically.
• Align PCB designs with hardware engineers and production facilities.
• Create placement studies, layout documentation, and production-specific documents.

Your responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced Senior PCB Layouter to join our engineering team in Wrocław. In this role, you will be responsible for:
• technical coordination of the Layout Design Team,
• aligning requirements for PCB designs with the responsible hardware designers and production facilities,
• creating placement studies, layout documentation, and production-specific documents,
• supporting the procurement of PCBs and building samples,
• collaborating on design rules and introducing new PCB technologies.

Our requirements

• minimum seven years of experience in PCB layout,
• strong experience with Siemens Xpedition is a must,
• successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field,
• good knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and EMC topics,
• enthusiasm and experience in hardware design,
• strong communication skills,
• team player with flexibility and resilience,
• ability to guide a technical team,
• knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.

Optional

• having experience in automotive development and HyperLynx is beneficial.
