Job summary

BTC Software Systems Sp. z o.o. in Poznań seeks an experienced IT security professional to manage an enterprise password management platform and support its operations across levels 2 and 3.

You will act as a technical contact for internal teams and external customers, focusing on privileged access management. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Systems or IT security-related functions.
• Solid understanding of network and computer security.
• Practical experience with password management, preferably CyberArk or comparable PAM solutions, with relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux system landscapes, including security and permission management.
• Experience with Ansible and/or scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Strong service mindset with ITIL knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented.
• English or German language skills (at least C1).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end operation of the enterprise password management platform including maintenance, support, and lifecycle management.
• Diagnose and fix complex issues in 2nd/3rd level support and ensure stable, safe operation.
• Act as technical contact for internal and external customers regarding privileged access management.
• Implement and monitor IT security policies, perform vulnerability analysis, ensure password policy compliance.
• Contribute to development and optimization of CyberArk service, supporting strategic growth of the service portfolio.

Job description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You are responsible for the end-to-end operation of the enterprise password management platform, including maintenance, support, and patch and lifecycle management.
• Together with other colleagues, you ensure and analyze stable and safe operation and fix complex disruptions in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• As a technical contact person, you support internal specialist areas and external customers, for example from the energy industry, with all questions relating to privileged access management.
• You implement and monitor IT security policies, perform vulnerability analysis, ensure compliance with password policies, and ensure the implementation of relevant security standards.
• In addition, you will actively work on the further development and optimization of our CyberArk service solution, contribute your own ideas and support the strategic expansion of our service portfolio.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Information Systems or IT security-related functions.
• Solid understanding of network and computer security.
• Practical experience in password management, preferably with CyberArk or comparable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with relevant certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux system landscapes, including security and permission management.
• Experience with Ansible and/or Scripting, e.g. with PowerShell, Bash and/or Python.
• Pronounced support and service expertise, with in-depth knowledge of application support according to ITIL, and extensive experience in troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
