Join a leading health technology company as a Senior Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will manage complex orders for innovative healthcare products while collaborating with various teams. With a focus on supply chain efficiency, your expertise will help ensure quality healthcare access worldwide.
As Order Management Senior Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
Your role:
Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools
Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
You're the right fit if:
You have 2-4 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics
You have knowledge of supply chain/order management and market local requirements with regards to logistic handling of goods (e.g. import requirements)
You speak fluent English language (B2 level or higher)
You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP
You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills
You are a team player with good communication skills
