Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a senior Oracle Eloqua specialist to own complex Eloqua requirements beyond standard campaigns, including advanced journey orchestration and data-driven segmentation.

You'll design and configure Eloqua solutions, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure governance with GDPR compliance. The role is full-time and based in Poland on-site, with English as the selection language.

Qualifications

Significant hands-on Oracle Eloqua experience in complex enterprise or multi-market environments.
Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder communication skills; fluent written and spoken English.
Experience with GDPR, consent, subscription management, data retention and four-eyes QA.

Responsibilities

Design and optimise complex Eloqua Campaign Canvas and Program Canvas solutions.
Develop advanced Program Builder and Contact Washing Machine workflows.
Create advanced segmentation using contact fields, filters/lists and CDOs.
Configure and troubleshoot advanced Eloqua features: dynamic content, forms, progressive profiling, lead scoring/routing.
Support data-driven requirements involving Eloqua APIs, SFTP and external data imports.
Provide independent QA and document designs and troubleshooting outcomes.
